Sauber Maintenance offers a wide range of services that include: contract janitorial services, commercial floor care, facilities and grounds maintenance, post-construction cleaning, supplies resale and an array of client-specific specialty services. Although headquartered in Nashville, Tennessee, Sauber Maintenance also serves facilities throughout the region.

American Baptist College, Vanderbilt Medical Facilities, The Goddard School, D1 Sports Facilities, and Postmates, Inc. are just a few of the high-profile accounts we currently maintain.

Sauber Maintenance is currently part of the Chamber of Commerce in multiple communities.

Our History

While working in the insurance industry and experiencing difficulties with the services provided by janitorial companies contracted at his Facility, In 2007 Jose stepped into the world of entrepreneurship and founded what is now known as Sauber Maintenance. Teaming his insurance background of strategic planning and determination Jose began
selling by day and cleaning by night.

From that humble beginning we have grown to be one of the top rated full-service providers in Middle Tennessee. Sauber Maintenance was was built on a commitment to excellence and it is that commitment that drives every level of our organization to create highly satisfied customers.
